We bought a cute little condo nestled on the hillside with expansive views, HOA's, and friendly neighbors. It's brand new 1985. Literally. It's got bright white carpet that has never seen the sole of a shoe in its 25 year lifetime. And a dishwasher that's never seen a dish.
We'll be making some minor modifications before we move in. I'm thinking about buying this pink ladies tool kit to make it official. And to match my tiara and heels.

Congratulations on your condo! I think the tool kit would make a fabulous addition to your uniform.
You MUST post pictures of this place!
Yeah Jamie, I've heard from reliable sources the your place is amazing. Lets see it.
J said the condo and its views are amazing - can't wait to see it. I'm sure the before and after pictures will be sick.
Tell Grant to let us know if you guys need any help...we remodeled too, it can be a grueling process. Adam is fairly handy now, so just let us know!!
I have this tool kit and I use it all the time. I love it. I often find my husband using it too. You should get it..you'll need it more often than you'd think.

Shut Up! Stomp Stomp! (My way of saying that tool kit is soo you!)
I would love to do lunch again! Red Mango included... it is that good! :)
could there be a tool kit more perfect for you? at first glance I thought it was a Kaboddle filled with make up and nail care products.
Corey bought me my own crow bar for the demolition we did to Cullen house. I think it was actually kiddie size, what child should ever use a crow bar?
Oh Jaims I own that! My mom gave it to me many christmas' ago. It's the best...every lady should own one.
Congratulations! I'd love to visit you when I'm in town next month and check out your new digs!
PS congrats on the condo!
congrats on the condo. and i love the tool kit.
my dad gave me a tool set just like that when I was on my own in my early twenties. I still use it! It's not, say, DeWalt quality, but suffices for most little home needs like hanging pictures and shelves and things like that.
Hooray! Go for it! YOu'll need it! :)
ah! I'm way excited for you guys!
I heard about your condo location from ben. So fun! And close to us! Let's get together girl! Hope the redo goes well. That sounds like a great project that you, of course, will be so good at! :)
