I love this! They should also be posted next those grates in the sidewalk - I was visiting my brother at the Univ. of WI on a Friday night (super busy, of course) and we walked over one. My dress was blown up over my head giving everyone around me a great view of my underwear. Thank goodness I was just visiting!
