SATC

Saw Sex and the City less than 24 hours after I touched down in the states (an offer of besties and clothing candy is just too good to refuse).
Love love loved it.

In love with these clothes:

Oh yes, and these blue Manolo's:

But not as much as I lalalaloved these words to Beethoven's Immortal Beloved:

Be calm, only by a calm consideration of our existence can we achieve our purpose to live together - Be calm - love me - today - yesterday - what tearful longings for you - you - you - my life - my all - farewell. Oh continue to love me - never misjudge the most faithful heart of your beloved.

ever thine
ever mine
ever ours

Three outfits with the same shoes. Nice job, Carrie Beardshaw or whoever.

Welcome back from China!

Really wish I had some girlfriends here in Cali to go see this movie...

such small words by such a BIG man! I loved it too and also the series. I just lost my friend to a move to another town. My heart is sad as we had such fun and had spent the past year caring for her elderly mom. Mom went to a home and she and I had to go to other homes, too. I moved in with strangers (rented a room) and she with a distant cousin. Folks on fixed incomes have it hard if they have no family to care for them. So, the value of close friends triples with age. This movie meant a lot to us, as it showed us things about ourselves. I enjoy your site. I just found it today. Linda Crowder
