One of the {few} healthy indulgences I have. Fresh from the farmers market vine-ripened tomatoes, crumbled cheese, olive oil, balsamic, and a bit of S&P. Yum.

What kind of crumbled cheese did you use? This is a nice re-interpretation of the classic Caprese.
I'll share with you.. that too, is one of my (few) favorite healthy treats.
Yum, I want to come over. I would probably add more cheese, though, and the healthy factor would decline quickly...
ymmmmmmmmmm, I miss the SLC farmers market being just down the road... but I love the fresh fruit/veggie stands here!
I used feta here. But simply because I had it in the fridge. I think any white/yellow-hued cheese goes quite nicely with tomatoes. Not orangey cheese though.
