If wishes were kisses...
I'd snatch up this NY penthouse on the park with 360 degree views of Manhattan. Occupying the top three floors of the famed Pierre Hotel, it's got 5 bedrooms and 7 baths. Oh, to think of the space, the glorious open space! My own French Chateau in the city! I'd have sleepover parties with all my friends, and we'd run up and down the halls in party dresses, hula hoop on the tables, and swing from the chandeliers. We'd take a dip in the pool too. It's priced to sell at $70,000,000. That's a monthly payment of $436,923. It's definitely not affordable, but absolutely wishable!

$436,923?! Wowzers. But it does sound quite dreamy. I could do more than run up and down the halls, I'm quite good at running up tabs, too! And shopping bills.
definitely wishable! i did hula hoop today - but sans Central Park.
I could only imagine...and i would definitely be a part of the party dresses, hula hooping, and chandelier swinging! I am picturing it right now! If only....:)

Is it just me, or does this look kind of like the building from Ghostbusters?
No loss, Jame. You'd pay your half-mill a month and the next thing you know, you've left your hula hoops behind, you're levitating to the chandeliers, and calling yourself "Zool."
