Michigan: After My Own Heart

Don't you just lalalalove it already? Michigan is a place I hold dear to my heart. My former home always tugs at my heartstrings a bit and makes me yearn for more. Miles and miles of awe inspiring rusty red barns with gleaming metal tops set agains robins egg blue skies. I'm telling you, Michigan is where it's at. Whatever it is.

I'm loving your colorful descriptions of your cross-country trek. Makes me want to be there, peeking out the window.

That looks like a painting--gorgeous photography. I'm jealous of your whole family...where did such talented girls come from?

Lots of great skies in these photos, Jame. Michigan holds a certain romance for me too, although my memories are mostly of berries and tornado storms and frogs. Weird combo, but hey, it's Michigan.
